A. Our products carry a 1 year free upgrade policy. If there is a
newer version within 1 year of your purchase date, you will receive
the upgrade at no charge.
Q. Who provides
installation and training?
A. Every one of our software products come with on-line installation
and training. We make sure that our products are fully functional
and that you are completely at ease using them.
Q. Can I download
the software after buying it?
A. No, your software will be delivered to you on CD ROM. Only our
freeware is available for On-Line download.
Q. How easy is it
to use the software for the County Criminal and Traffic files?
A. The hardest part of the entire process is downloading the files
from the County's Web site!!! If you know how to download, the rest
is a cinch. Our software is designed for ease of use. In addition,
we install and configure the software for you so all you have to do
is point and click! |
