The easiest way to access your
E-mail, is by using Web mail. You can access your E-Mail from any
computer that has an Internet connection. To access Web Mail, simply
open a Web browser and type
http://mail.yourdomainname.com into the address. When
prompted, enter your user name and password. If you are not sure
what these are, please contact us.
Yes, by default, E-Mails are filtered for SPAM. If you are having trouble receiving E-Mails from a particular person or company, you can contact us to have the SPAM block removed.
We offer 10 MB file transfer limit. Although you can send and receive a 10 MB file, many ISP's will reject files over 3 MB. In other words, just because you can send it, doesn't mean the receiver will receive it.
Yes, log in to your E-Mail account using Web Mail and click OPTIONS. You will see several options including autoresponders, Spam Blockers and a Spell Checker. |
